CANCELLATION POLICY

 

 

As life throws unexpected circumstances at us, I understand the need to have to cancel or reschedule appointments. Please let me know if you need to reschedule/cancel your appointment(s) 24 hours in advance.

 

If a person cancels the day of their appointment, 50% of the service(s) that were booked will be due before re-booking a future appointment can occur. If a person no-calls or no-shows the day of their scheduled service(s) then 100% of the service(s) scheduled will be due before re-booking a future appointment can occur.

 

Extenuating emergency circumstances would not apply to this cancellation policy. Thank you for understanding, as I respect everyone's time and want to be able to provide the best possible services and also be able to accommodate people trying to schedule their services in a timely manner.
